Warranty Assistant (Bispham Green Depot)
Cornthwaite Group are a leading supplier global agricultural and horticultural brands and are one of the largest John Deere dealerships in the UK. We are looking for an organised, proactive individual to join our Warranty team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Liaise with our Aftersales team to process claims for the group, from submission to claim completion.
- Complete claims in a timely manner ensuring manufacturer's warranty requirements are met at all times to audit compliance.
- Monitor all claims and ensure all parts returned are complete.
- Complete reports of claims for our management team.
Attributes we are looking for:
- Ability to work independently
- High level of attention to detail
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- A background in warranty or administration is desirable but not essential
- Strong ICT skills
